We will accept up to 90 candidates – first in first served.
Application Process:
- Complete the online application form.
- You are required to upload a passport-sized photo of yourself.
- You are required to upload supporting evidence from your RMO Co-ordinator, Surgical Supervisor or similar authority, that you have been granted leave to attend.
- The University of Otago requires mandatory vaccinations for anyone who enters its premises. You are therefore required to upload your ‘My Vaccine Pass’.
- Fees are payable on application. Payment details via internet banking are below.
- Course fees minus a $NZ75 admin fee, will be refunded to those withdrawing before 1 April 2022. After this date, a fee refund will be at the sole discretion of the Trust.
